Strategically located over the Melbourne Central city-loop subway station with direct underground access to the expanded retail centre.

The 92-storey development will be the tallest in Melbourne CBD and includes 1,139 residential apartments, 204 serviced apartments, 5 levels of strata-titled offices at podium level and 17 retail premises.

On completion it will incorporate the highest rooftop renewable energy installation in the southern hemisphere.

Construction began in 2015 with completion expected in late 2019.
