Pre-upload checklist

The .zip uploaded contains a separate 3D model exported in .IFC format for each building and site (i.e. Building1.ifc, Building2.ifc, site.ifc)

Note: Only one building can be assessed at a time. If there are multiple buildings, please upload one IFC file per building.

The buildings must be fully enclosed (i.e. watertight)

Each 3D building model contains floor finishes for all floor surfaces or complete ifcSpace elements for all apartments and private open space

Each .IFC file is oriented to True north

The .zip file uploaded contains a set of PDF plans to confirm the building orientation with the site
