This iconic development adds to Melbourne’s famous laneway tradition by establishing a vibrant new public connection between Lonsdale and Little Lonsdale Streets in the heart of Melbourne.

The 62-storey development includes 487 residential apartments, a 252 room hotel with landscaped rooftop and pool, spa and gym facilities.

The building includes a 54kW rooftop solar array – one of the largest high-rise installations in Australia. It also incorporates over 800 bike racks – a best-practice ratio of more than 1 per apartment.
