Located close to the Melbourne Star observation wheel with corresponding views across Melbourne this iconic $500M development incorporates dual leaning residential towers of contrasting hues, with a separate hotel block sharing a common podium.

The towers will incorporate the largest high-rise rooftop solar array in the world. The northward pitched roof is visible from across the city and incorporates some of the most advanced commercially-available photovoltaic modules in the world. These ultra-high efficiency, high-strength mono-crystalline PV modules are engineered to complement the uniform dark glass aesthetic of the tower façade.

The development includes nearly 500 residential apartments, and almost 300 hotel rooms, and communal facilities including a 25m open air pool at podium level.

Completion of this development is scheduled for late 2017.
