Completed in 2007 as one of the earliest high-rise residential developments in Australia it is still considered one of the most prestigious residential addresses in Melbourne.

The development includes 130 residential apartments, and communal facilities including a 25m pool.

In 2016 Ark Resources undertook a comprehensive energy audit of the building and provide prioritised recommendations for cost-effective upgrade works to mechanical and electrical building services systems, lift banks and swimming pool & spa plant.
