NatHERS (Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme) is the national framework used to assess the thermal performance and energy efficiency of Australian homes. It uses climate data and building specifications to model how a home's design will perform across different seasons, providing a star rating from 0 to 10.
Ark Resources has been undertaking NatHERS assessments for residential dwellings for more than 20 years, covering Class 1 and Class 2 buildings, from individual homes through to large-scale apartment developments. Our assessments help project teams meet NCC compliance requirements and support stronger energy performance outcomes for residents.
