Six Ark Resources Projects Named as 2026 Urban Developer Awards Finalists

We're proud to share that six projects where Ark Resources provided ESD consulting have been named as finalists in the 2026 Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence. With more than 200 finalists across 26 categories, this year's shortlist represents some of the most significant projects delivered in Australia in recent years — and we're honoured to have contributed to six of them.

Now in its ninth year, the Urban Developer Awards continue to spotlight the people and projects shaping the future of the built environment. Winners will be announced at the gala awards dinner on the Gold Coast on Friday, 24 July 2026.

Our Finalist Projects

The six projects below each represent the kind of outcome we work toward on every job: buildings that perform, that meet or exceed their sustainability benchmarks, and that contribute positively to the communities they sit within. We're proud of the teams behind every one of them.

Across these six projects, Ark Resources delivered a range of ESD consulting services including NatHERS thermal performance assessments, NABERS ratings, Green Star consulting, Section J compliance, energy modelling and ESD planning reports. It's a reflection of the breadth of work our team undertakes and the quality of the clients and design teams we get to collaborate with.
